My first impression was that it felt really soft and nicely made, and that hasn’t changed after a few washes. It’s kept its shape well and is super easy to wash and care for. Definitely happy with it so far.

I just wanted to exchange for a different size, and wow... it took forever to hear back from anyone. The return instructions weren’t super clear either, so I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to do. Ended up paying for postage myself, and I’m still waiting on the refund. Yeah, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I wore this merino top on one of those cold walks where you remember the sting of the air on your face, and it kept me really comfortable. I stayed warm without feeling sweaty, which I loved, and when I came back indoors it didn’t suddenly feel too hot either. The only downside was that delivery was slower than expected, so I’m taking off one star for that.

I had a question about my order and, to be fair, the support team got back to me fairly quickly. The person I spoke with was nice and seemed to sort things out without making it feel like a hassle. I do think the first reply maybe could’ve included a bit more detail, but overall I’d say it was a good experience.
